Production \ Pipe-Rolling Division \ Production \ Large-diameter pipes for oil and gas pipelines
Electric-welded longitudinal (single and double joint) pipes 508 to 1,420 mm in diameter with a wall 7 to 48 mm thick for main gas and oil pipelines, oil products pipelines and underwater pipelines are manufactured from K38 to K65 grades of steel for operating pressure of up to 250 atmospheres by UOE and JCOE methods - shaping and automatic submerged arc welding. The company mastered production of K52-K65 grades pipes for construction of gas pipelines in the northern climate zone with operation temperature of up to minus 60°C, industrial pipelines with increased corrosion and cold resistance, pipelines for transportation of oil and gas products with increased content of hydrogen sulfide.
In accordance with consumers' request the plant can supply pipes with external three or two-layer corrosion protection polyethylene or propylene coating, pipes for concrete coating, pipes with internal anti-friction or anti-corrosion coating.
The products of the complex comply with all the requirements of domestic and international standards for main gas and oil pipelines as well as with requirements of acting SNiP and SP, including SNiP 2.05.06-85 and SP 34-101-98.
The pipes are also certified by the American Petroleum Institute in accordance with API Spec 5L standard.
