Following the project scope expansion I was promoted to the position of senior administrator, Directorate for Strategy Development. My next career step at the works was my appointment to the position of a specialist for the Vyksa Steel Works supply system improvement project. My responsibilities included overall cost reduction initiatives (main cost categories), preparing and holding tenders for the purchase of tools, main laboratory equipment, bearings.

Upon completion of the project and positive outcome I was invited by McKinsey advisors to continue our co-operation within the Vyksa Steel Works Functions Labor and Process Efficiency Improvement Project. Based on my project performance I was transferred to the Chusovoy Metallurgical Works for the independent management of similar tasks at the Directorate for Information Technologies.
